 The main composition: coil loading car, decoiler, coil head guide and shoveler, pinch-feeder, accumulation pit, side guide, disc shearer, scrap reeler, accumulation pit, tensioner and pre-separator, separator and recoiler, and discharging car.

With continuous layout of whole line and solid structure of each unit, the slitting line can precisely and automatically slit coil and recoil sub coils.

Coil loading car: 2.2KW cycloid motor x 1500mm distance travel, Φ180 x 700 hydraulic cylinder for 20T

Single-mandrel decoiler: Φ160×100mm expansive cylinder, Φ125×200mm for moving cylinder

  mandrel diameter 508mm with rubber sleeve to adapt to coils' inner diameter

Coil guide and shovel: 2.2KW traction motor

pinch-feeder: 4kw cycloid motor, Φ160 x 1550 pinch feeding roller

Side guide: Φ90 x 125 vertical roller, three pairs, press roller Φ100 x 1600mm, adjust range: 300-1500mm
