The copper coil rolling mill is to roll copper strips,brass strips reversibly.
To produce copper strips for transformer, three steps needed:
Rough intermediate rolling mill:Ø330/Ø760×550-700 to get1.5-4.0mm finished thickness.
Intermediate rolling:Ø230/Ø600×550-700, to get 0.5-1.0mm finished thickness.
Fine rolling:Ø125/Ø450×550-700,to make 0.08-0.15mm finished thickness.
